Jul 16, 2026 Custom Document Templates and Rich Document Editing Create reusable document templates with custom fonts, colors, links, lists, page borders, and fully customizable tables. Generated documents can also be edited for individual families before printing or saving as a PDF without changing the original template.

Meet the Developer

Hi, I’m Braxton Hartmann. When I started as a Program Director, upgrade math made sense, but it felt vague, especially figuring out how much time a student had left. I wanted it to be easy peasy lemon squeezy, but it was difficult difficult lemon difficult.

I built a spreadsheet to help, but one misclick could break formulas. So I put my computer science degree to work and built SmartBelt to make upgrade math fast, accurate, and easy.

Why this exists

Upgrades require accuracy and trust. SmartBelt ensures credit is calculated fairly, pricing remains consistent, and staff can focus on the conversation instead of the math.
